AMB PRODUCTIONS TERMS

Whilst every care is ensured when capturing your wedding day, AMB Productions cannot accept any responsibility for unforeseen circumstances causing your wedding video not to be captured. In these ‘Extreme’ cases, AMB Productions recommend clients to be suitably insured prior to this special event. Any such cases where this is fault of AMB Productions – a full refund will be issued.

DVD – Due to compatibility problems relating to DVD transfer, AMB Productions cannot be held responsible for DVD Authored Weddings that do not play on your home DVD Player. Generally this is only a problem with DVD players that are over two years old.

You can cancel this wedding video with AMB Productions and receive back in full your £150 booking fee provided you do so in writing twelve weeks prior to the event.

We aim to deliver your Wedding DVD in 3 to 4 weeks, but during busy periods it can take up to 3 months. Unfortunately no refunds can be given for this reason.

Once you have received your completed DVD if you would like any changes please contact us within 3 weeks as we have to remove the edit from our system after this period. If you would like changes making to your DVD please contact us with the changes you require. Only one batch of changes is included with each edit.
